FSFF Membership Application 

Dues must be paid in full in order to take part in any FSFF member activities, the Directory, or any form of member advertising by FSFF. You may use PayPal, click here, to submit your membership payment by filling out the form below and clicking the continue button. If you have chosen to mail in your payment, please make a note of it in the comment box and click Continue below but disregard the payment page.

*You will be charged a $3.00 fee when paying with PayPal. When using PayPal, the transaction will process as “The FSFF” on your account statement.

Please make all checks payable to FSFF. Credit/debit cards can now be accepted by phone. Call the coordinator @ 479-438-9540. (3% svc charge will apply)

2024 Membership Fee: $100 USF & $100 CF
